We hope to push instructors towards a more structured and progressive approach in teaching gymnastic skills. Especially how to work more methodically with the different skills and elements in gymnastics.  

The intent with this approach is to minimize the random choices that may keep the gymnast from fulfilling their full potential.

We wish to contribute to the community of performance gymnastics and TeamGym on every level from preschool to elite level gymnastics.

We strive to create a platform for instructors and gymnasts alike, where sharing knowledge and experience is the key ingredients.
