Because of this, we have had to reduce the number of days we are operating the business. Our orders are full up until the end of the financial year and we have decided to not take any more orders for the first half of next financial year. We are still running courses and making stock to sell when we can, also making for the knife shows we exhibit at. Episode 5 - Iain and Paul spent the morning in our new workshop welding up a bbq grill from an old gas bottle to be used as chicken grills at local events and markets. Keep an eye out for all 4 of us at the Seaside Fair episode, and also Iain in the final feast episode.Season 1: Those of you who know us, know that we love River Cottage UK and that it was one of the inspirations for our move to rural life. So imagine the thrill of receiving a call from your favourite TV show, asking you to be involved in their Australian series! As we run a farm, family and have other community commitments, those days are flexible to fit into our lifestyle, never the same from week to week. Usually though, we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and open Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Weekends by arrangement. So just call ahead to be sure the workshop will be open on the day you wish to visit.
