Food service from our onsite bar/ restaurant will be available during bar opening hours. Booking your stayBookings can be made online or by contacting us on 01953 717 314. To ensure you get your holiday, advanced bookings for bank holidays and school holidays is advised.Our park is open from the end of March to the end of September.All touring bookings require a £20 deposit with full payment due 21 days before arrival.Want to book a specific pitch. Now you can online. During busy times there is a charge of £10 per pitch booking request.Group booking can be made online. Just book each unit as an individual booking. The system will retain your booking dates for the next booking. No more than 4 units to a group.Bear in mind, our postcode covers a large area of forest, so make sure you keep an eye out for our sign! This park is in an ideal position and one we shall return to visit again. Well-run and well thought out. It manages to be a site for families and older visitors alike and satisfies the needs of both Please read the information below before making your booking, by booking you agree to adhere to these new guidelines and restrictions as well as the other park rules and conditions in place.Facilities that will be openOur wash block facilities have begun a phased since 10th July, this has included some showers and toilets. More showers and toilets, plus the dishwashing and laundry room will be open by 24th July.The shop will be open with restrictions in place on the number of persons allowed in at any one time. Face masks will be required from the 24th July, children under 11 and those with certain disabilities will be exempt.The bar and restaurant will be open for al fresco dinning, with outdoor seating available under our large marquee.Sports field and play areas will be open, although customers will have to respect social distancing guidelines as issued by the government.Facilities that will be closedThe swimming pool is closed for the remainder of the season.Indoor bar and restaurant service will be closed to begin with and may continue to remain closed.Our toilet block by the shop/reception will remain closed for the foreseeable future.Added guidelinesAll guests and visitors to park will be issued with a wristband on arrival for identification. This must be worn and all times with a £2 replacement fee for any lost wristbands.All guests and visitors must stop at reception and receive their welcome information, bands and car stickers before making their way to their pitch.To ease congestion on park we have decided that as of the 24th July visitors will only be allowed on park Monday Thursday. They must report to reception to pay their fees and vacate the campsite by 8pm.Children will have to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times on site to ensure that social distancing is being observed.No group gatherings larger than 2 households, or as specified by government social distancing guidelines.We strongly encourage all our guests to make use of their own facilities whenever possible to reduce the possibility of any infection. We suggest tent campers consider investing in their own toilet and toilet tent to reduce demand on the washroom facilities.Anyone found to not be following guidelines, thus putting peoples safety at risk, may result in us contacting the police and/or being asked to leave the park. No refund will be given in these instances.In accordance with our Covid-19 Risk Assessment, there will be procedures in place to maintain social distancing and hygiene while on park. These are constantly under review and will be emailed to you before your visit. These will include your pre-arrival information and current site regulations. Certain pitches will remain closed and others have additional segregation. Our occupancy has been reduced to 74% to help ensure our guest safety.This is a plan so may be subject to change if guidelines or restrictions are changed by the government or if we deem any unsafe to remain open. We reserve the right to alter any of these plans if needed.Our season will be extended until the end of October so we will now close on the 31st October.
