After everything was unhooked, then he decided to check where the dish had to go in our yard which would have been in the front yard. We declined so he supposedly hooked everything back up. NOT! I had to have a technician from Direct TV come fix what Dish screwed up. Then, the next day, I received a text that a Dish Network technician would be at my house in the afternoon for installation. I have asked twice to talk to a supervisor. That hasnt happened yet either!!! User's recommendation: Don’t!!!!! My sister and I signed a two-year contract knowing CBS was one of the channels. Ninety percent of our favorite shows are on CBS. They negotiated with KOIN Tv with an outrageous cost so KOIN Tv dropped dish. If we could we would change back to DirectTV; however we cannot; however when our contract ends, we will being changing. Donate from the start very seldom did channel guide work. most recently they are removing channels they told me I would have. and they are not charging me any less. and I paid extra for a service where they were supposed to fix any problem that was a joke when I called them up they just told me to unplug the Box. What you conveniently left out was if that worked.I know you are not asking for a technician to come out to unplug the power cord to your receiver for 10 seconds... The channel owner is asking for a huge price increase of Dish(Or in Missions case, it is not really about money, but about forcing the carriage of locals rather than allowing the subscribers the choice of using OTA), which would have to be passed to the customer. Dish is literally fighting to prevent your bill from sky rocketing, but they are greedy? I called dish told them I want to get Disney channel nov 14th 2020 I said I want to watch Disney classics like Cinderella snow white etc when I want to watch any time.she said yes those are great and I can watch anytime.well I was lied to she had me buying the biggest... You should read the contract as it is quite clear on this. No channel is guaranteed and you agreed any channel may be removed at anytime, including within a term commitment. The Government would tell you the same, as Dish, nor any provider, owns the channels.
