What We’re All About

Over the past decade, founderAlan Worrell,a health & physical education teacher, has seena gapin sports participation for children, specificallyPreK through5th grade.He realized they had alimited opportunityto participate in sports outside of schoolwithout being subjectedto long-term commitments, stress-inducing environments, and overcompetitiveness from both their teammates andparents.

Alan has since developed an innovative sports and wellness program that places emphasis on helping all children succeed- regardless of their ability or skill level. And so,Fit Kidz was born!

At Fit Kidz,we are committedto providing the best possible instruction for children grades PreK - 5thin a safe, structured, non-competitive, non-threatening,and enthusiastic environment. We will focus on developing personal wellness and fitness habits in children through fun and low stakes.

These instructional activities will tie in with national standards to enable each participant to practice and improve physical skills they will carry into middle school, high school, college, and beyond.

SPORTS IN THE PARK

Join Us! For our Monday, Wednesday and Fridays Sports Academy. As we provide instruction in Basketball, Soccer and Tennis. We will provide the best sports instruction so your child can perform at their best.

Fit Kidz Sports & Wellness Academy:

Ages: Preschool - 5Th Grade

Sports Academy will be held at:

Reiter Park - Longwood, FL

Basketball: 4yrs-11yrs $65

Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm

October 3 - November 14, 2022

Tennis: 7yrs.-11yrs. $65

Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm

October 3 - November 14, 2022

Soccer: 4yrs-11yrs $75

Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

October 5 - November 16, 2022

T-Ball Training: 4yrs - 7yrs $75

Wednesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
