This 8 minutes mini documentary ,“School without schooling”, is about an alternative educational project that takes place in Modena, Italy, where a small group of families decided to take full responsibility for their children’s education, creating their self-managed school.
They explain us the reasons for that decision, they present the principles and guidelines and, finally, they share their concerns with us.

Spain, La Trufa Negra (The Black Truffle)

A 13 minutes mini doc about the ‘black truffle boom’ that is taking place in the mountainous region of Teruel, Spain, one of the poorest and least developed of the country.
The fields around the villages of Sarrión, Manzanera and Mora de Rubielos are covered with oaks, ‘hosting’ in their roots what is known as earth’s black diamonds. considered to be the biggest crop of Tuber melanosporum in the world.

Truffle cultivation started 30 years ago mostly out of desperation as the land there was too poor for other crops. In this short period, the truffle business, even if still run mainly by families, grow so much that became the biggest world production, the major part of which is sold wholesale to France.

Greece, Zante, Laganas: Heaven or Hell?

Every year thousands of youngsters from all over Europe reach the Greek island of Zante (Zakynthos), where they head directly to the seaside resort of Laganas, one of the main hotspots for ‘sun and fun’ oriented holidays, with the sole purpose of partying.

But… along with ‘crazy good times’, fights, sexual harassments and accidents, mostly due to the alcohol abuse, are in the daily agenda.
Still the legend of Laganas doesn’t seem to fade away.
Is this Heaven or Hell?
