This research activity centers on the development of a structured framework, simple to implement, enabling the Organization to facilitate:

the emergence and the mapping of opportunities favorable to the enterprise;the creation of evaluation models to assess the actual potential of these opportunities;the adoption of systems to regulate the Organization’s strategic planning.

The framework proposition is aimed at ensuring the management of the strategies that drive the evolution of the services offered by the Organization, along an assessment of the sustainability of the opportunities.

The encoding of learning processes apt to understanding the data obtained through the Discovery phase in complex projects serves as foundation for the building of a process to regulate creation, gathering, interpretation, and dissemination of information within the Organization.
