Inherited Aplastic Anemia is usually determinable quite quickly, Acquired Aplastic Anemia however can sometimes be traced due to the chemical change caused by the catalyst, but the majority of Aplastic Anemia cases are determined to have been acquired from an undetermined source. Post-Transplant EngraftmentOnce the transplant has occurred, the post-transplant processes of managing the complications of a transplant begin.
