How To: Change Mailing Address

The Pima County Assessor is required to mail a Notice of Valuation to all property owners of record at the last known address.

If you believe your mailing address is incorrect, please Download and complete the Change of Owner Address form and return it promptly to the Assessor's Office to 240 N Stone Ave, 1st floor.

For Single Family Residential Properties, the median percentage change was +5%. Our Residential Property Information page has links to maps of all 22 Economic Districts (containing a chart of their median statistics) as well as links to other residential valuation information. Valuation Relief Programs 2021

2021 Exemption requests are now being taken through Monday, March 1st 2021 at 5pm. Property owners seeking to make a request for exemption, can do so at the Assessor’s office located at 240 N Stone Ave, 1st floor. To assist those that can’t make it downtown, our Valuation Relief Team will be assisting applicants at several local libraries throughout the county through February. 2021 Library Schedule.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all library location visits will be held outdoors, masks are required, please plan ahead if you attend a library visit. Please note, Exemption applications must be signed in the presence of Assessor’s office staff or they must be notarized per . Property owners seeking to make application after the March 1st deadline will need to complete the Redemption of Waiver Request form.

Personal Property

The annual Business Personal Property Statements (AZDOR 82520) will mail on Tuesday January 5th 2021. All owners of personal property must file a Business Property Statement once the form has been sent by the Assessor. All completed forms are due back to the Assessor's office no later than April 1st 2021. If you need to report your business personal property as required by and did not receive the form, or if you need to report your business personal property for the first time with the Assessor, please contact our office at (520) 724-8630 or email at asrpp@pima.gov.
