He has represented clients who have been accused of crimes or injured in accidents in both State and Federal courts. Nick is tireless in his pursuit of justice for his clients. Nick grew up in Florida and has lived in Gainesville since attending undergraduate and law school at the University of Florida. He currently coaches UF s award winning Trial Team. He has lectured on topics ranging from criminal trial skills, civil trial skills, use of expert witnesses, appellate advocacy, and ethics in the law. Nick has been invited annually to participate in the training of state attorneys and public defenders. In addition to his passion for the law, Nick is a dedicated family man to his wife Jessica and his entire extended family living in Gainesville, Florida and his hometown, Tarpon Springs, Florida.
