We are slowly transitioning our customer service representatives back to our call center. This has resulted in unusually high call volume and as a result increased wait times. Step 1: Call Metro ExpressLanes at (877) 812-0022 and use the automated phone system to reactivate your account.Select language preferenceStep 2: You will need your account or transponder number, PIN, and debit or credit card to add to your accountPress (5) for “If you’ve recently received the Account Closure letter and want to reactivate your account.”Press (1) “To access using your Account number” ORPress (2) “To access using your Transponder number”You will be prompted for your account or transponder number and PIN followed by your new Credit or Debit card information. A confirmation will be given if the information was successfully entered.Step 3: Remain on hold and a Metro ExpressLanes representative will assist you with the account reactivation process. Occupancy Detection SystemComing Soon!Metro ExpressLanes will begin testing the system along the I-10 and I-110 ExpressLanes starting June 1, 2020.
